JevAI Community (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent community site at http://www.jevai.org. We share playbooks, tools, and online demos around Jev AI. This is not the official Jev product site.

1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the community site:
- Account. If you sign in, we receive basic profile details from your sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We use this to keep you signed in and to protect features that require an account.
- Online demos. If you run a demo or the Playground, the content you submit is sent to third-party AI services so they can return a result. We do not keep those inputs or results on this site. The third-party services have their own privacy policies.
- Submissions. If you use the share form, we receive the name, email, and description you provide, so we can review your work, contact you, and optionally feature it. Do not submit secrets or other people’s personal data.
- Usage. We collect limited technical and analytics data to keep the site working and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use this to build advertising profiles. Signing in may use cookies or similar storage; you can sign out to end the session.
This site does not process payments and does not collect payment card details.
2. How we use information
We use this information to operate the site, provide accounts and demos, review community submissions, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed to run the site, such as sign-in, hosting, analytics, and AI demos. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the Website and its users.
4. Children’s privacy
JevAI Community is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us at [email protected].
5. Retention
Account information is kept while your account exists. Demo inputs and results are not stored by this site. Submission details are kept as needed to review and, if accepted, feature community work.
6. Your choices
You can browse without signing in. Some demos require an account. You can sign out at any time, skip the share form, and avoid sending content to third-party AI services by not running demos. For access or deletion requests, email [email protected].
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
